Hey this is a great article.  Got a good grasp of the team behind this new anti-scam platform.  It's gotten me to check out their website and download the whitepaper, haha!  I'll be reading more about this interesting project.

Would agree to what you said.  In a nutshell, I had a better understanding of how this platform works.  First time i've heard of such crowd wisdom strategy combined with AI tech.  Hope this project floursihes.

Yes and crowd wisdom is something that has not been used to date so MyShield is using that in the platform as one of its pillars. It's really an advanced technology to be ahead of the evolving scams that the cyber criminals are adapting now.

Yeah, which is why I said it seems it's the first time i've heard of such strategy.  So how does this crowd wisdom work?

Hi Sophia, with crowd wisdom, users will provide their own reports and feedback on potential online items that perform scams. This information will be stored on the blockchain and shared with the AI powered cyber intelligence providers, BrandShield being the first provider on the platform.
This will allow community involvement in the fight against scams, fraud and counterfeits. An involvement incentivized by a cryptocurrency – the MyShield token.

Oh that's cool, users get to report scam websites.  Yeah, it's definitely different from the usual anti-spam tools that I know of.  You mean we get rewarded  even for reporting?  But how do you make sure the reports are valid?  like it's not just made up just so to earn the incentive? you know, scammers might even take this opportunity to create even more scams

There are security measures that MyShield will implement against bots or abusive users (ie taking advantage of the bounty reward or giving a false negative report against a company).  To prevent spam, there’s a method, similar to the Hashcash proof of work concept, that will demand a certain MyShield amount to be paid by the reporting user.

Hey dude, what do you think will make this anti-scam platform relevant for the crypto users?

For one, these users are in an industry that is vastly growing.  And with this growth, it makes is susceptible to cyber fraud which is also continuously evolving.  If crypto users are serious about their passion in cryptocurrency, this will matter to them because they will find themselves facing even greater financial and other risks.  And this is where MyShield platform comes in, to provide an anti-scam solution that will bring confidence to the crypto ecosystem.

Fair enough.  Yes, admittedly, it's the end users of the internet who faces greater risks, especially financial.  It's good that projects such as MyShield intends to address these issues.  When is the ico?  Is the app already there?

MyShield has announced that publication of the token sale is in Q3.  The beta version of the app is targeted to be launched in Q1 2019.

I think this project is a game changer in the crypto market.  It will change the way scams and fraud are addressed.  In fact, I think this will be the first time the scam issues will be addressed as vigilantly as this.  And it's just about time.  It's good that companies such as AmaZix partner with companies who are advocates of online security such as Brandshield.

Oh okay.  Actually for me, it would have been better if the platform is already existing rather than waiting for it to be developed.  But let see.  I'm counting on the expertise of the team behind it, Brandshield.  And from the looks of it, it does not seem impossible they can deliver.  It's going to be an interesting quarter ahead huh.
